今年的FHC上海展将全面整合餐饮食品行业的焦点和需求，通过大数据的科学优化，将产品按类别进行优化并且全新设立新的产品模块：烘培与冰淇淋肉制品、海鲜、高端乳制品及油品、茶与咖啡、休闲食品、糖果及巧克力、高端食材供应链、餐饮设计及店装。

来自全球近50个国家和地区的3,800多余家参展企业将同台亮相，其中包括意大利、土耳其、美国、加拿大、德国、台湾地区、西班牙、俄罗斯、日本、英国等在内的20多个国家及地区展团也将再次共同亮相展出各国独具特色的优质食品。
